Licensing requirements vary from state to state. Please contact your state’s mental health licensing board to determine if courses offered by licensedCEU may be applied to your license renewal.
How do I enroll in a course?
With licensedCEU.com, there is no course registration per se. A registered user is able to open the course material in a separate window, take the course quiz, submit a course evaluation, and print the certificate.
First-time users must create an account with licensedCEU. On the homepage, simply click on the “Register Now” button within the Login text box. You create your username and password.
When you have logged in, and decided which course to take, simply click on the course’s button and begin by reading the text. Follow the links to guide you through the process.
What if I need to leave my course before I'm finished?
Since there is no enrollment, leaving a course is no problem. Once a user has begun taking a quiz, however, the process must be completed—completion of quiz and evaluation, payment submission—before a certificate is unlocked and available for printing.
What is a passing score on the course quiz?
All courses require that you score at least 70% on the quiz. Remember that course material may be printed at any point for review.
If I fail a course quiz, how many times can I re-take a course quiz?
Users are able to retake a course’s quiz until a passing score is earned. The heart of CEU is EDUCATION. Quizzes are designed to reinforce the learning and application of the material, not to simply earn a grade/score.
Why do I have to submit a course evaluation?
Certain state regulatory boards require CEU providers to obtain and retain course evaluations for each completed course for an established period of time. In order to comply with these requirements, licensedCEU.com must collect this form from all participants.
Can I print the course material?
Yes you can. Since the course material opens in a separate window, you simply select the print feature from your browser. You are able to print and/or read the course content independently of your account. You can even read the text and review the quiz at the same time.
How do I print my certificate? Can I only do this after each course, or can I print certificates at any time?
Users are offered the opportunity to print the certificate immediately after payment is submitted for each course.
At any point in time, however, registered users can print a certificate on courses that have been completed. To do this, simply log into your account; click “Print A Certificate” from the “Login or Register” text box; and select the course from the pull-down menu. The courses are organized by date of completion.
How do I change my account information?
After you have logged in to your account, click on “View Your Account” in the “Login or Register” text box. This takes you to a summary of your account details. To make changes, click “Edit Account Details,” make the additions or revisions, and click “Confirm Changes” in order to save these changes.
This information can be updated as often as needed.
What if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username or password, click on “Forgot Your Password?” within the “Login or Register” text box. This will take you to a screen that requires you to enter either your username or the email address under which you registered. After clicking “Find My Password” you will receive an email with both your username and password.

What forms of payment do you receive?
licensedCEU accepts all major credit cards and payment from PayPal accounts.
How secure is the payment process?
licensedCEU processes all payments through PayPal. PayPal uses an encrypted transmission to ensure security.

Since payment is made only after courses are completed, licensedCEU does not refund any payments.
Do my cookies have to be enabled?
No your cookies do not have to be enabled to navigate the site or to complete courses. Our system retains all of your course history.
